Our Weekly Training Schedule
Athlete participation is entirely optional, just pick and choose which sessions you want to join on the day, but please remember this is a guide and can vary, please contacts us if you require more info.
Saturday
Arrival day and a short familiarisation ride to test the bike out – evening meal all together and itinerary for the week is set.
Sunday
Morning ride –a 2-3 hour ride for guides to asses each rider and split into groups if necessary.
Afternoon ride – 50km undulating with some of the best views on the island.
Monday
Ever fancied riding from coast to coast – today you have that option!
Tuesday
Test yourself against the stunning backdrop of Sa Colobra. We call this the Colobra day and its one ride that everyone talks about and takes pictures of.
Wednesday
A short morning spin then a optional rest day or let us point you in the direction of a cycling route
Thursday
A long ride today which takes in some breath taking scenery, rolling slopes and long, wide roads perfect for cycling on – there is an option to branch off half way through the ride and our coaches leaders will assist different groups.
Friday
Café stop ride. It’s the last day and we head into the heart of the island with a stop in an authentic cycling café in a traditional Mallorcan town, great scenery and an undulating ride.
